Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

It is concerning that in all the madness there is a distinct lack of response from the administrators . I have over 100 accounts . imagine eveyone of these people contacting you for assistance .
The annoncement section isnt being updated to give users updated information . Is there anyone that can explain the situation at present .
If this continues i would have to explore other options .
IS THE SITE DOWN OR NOT
IS there an estimated time to return to normalcy?
 
Was hoping for a day by day update which only seems logical if someone spending hundreds of dollars in donations . But what i see here is customers guessing . It shows a lack of information . I just need info so i could address questions on my side .
 
No one here is in customer support.

Then what actually is the point of this forum?
And whats the point of the moderators?

I'm not trying to be a dick here.. I'm genuinely serious.

It feels more and more like the forum is just here as a place to advertise the service and a place to try and make it available to as many people as possible without the people behind the scenes actually giving one fuck about the end-user.

If I were a new, potential customer and I came onto this forum, I'd run an absolute mile.
 
I use IPTV66.com for my service. When I go to their webpage and click on 'foro' it sends me here to iptvtalk.net. So it appears that this site is part of their organization. As they will not respond to complaints, it is understandable that their customers vent their frustration here.

It really is pathetic how these problems are arising and how they are being ignored by the people who should have the capacity to fix them. After all it's only a webpage that needs to be fixed.

Their administration is snafu, I just renewed and in the renewal I lost IPTV... IKS still works but IPTV_portal says N/A.

its so easy to fix in your book why dont you just start your own
 
I hear you.. I have about 20 clients myself, and going through hell trying to buy this service time. I cant imagine 100 ppl jumping on your back.

I cant fathom selling any more subscriptions (lets call it what it is), its not worth the effort.
 
It would be nice to have a status indicator for when the portal goes down. There are a ton of website monitors that would do this automatically without interaction. At least then we wouldn't have to post every half hour wondering if the server is down again. I'm sure they are already using some kind of monitoring software now to keep track of whats going on.
