Rocket no comfermation e mail

bought meny rockets over the years and allways got a email with in min with order number but this time no email glad I whote down the order number on the pop up saying sucsfull payment with order number checked order statis this morning and it dosent do anything when I click on send it just gos blank usualy had rocket with in min not days why?

It will come some times it's the process system between the CC and them takes a little longer especially on the weekend but as soon as it get process you will get a confirmation usually within 24 hours

well it been 23 or 24 hours now and not a word use to take min not days this is the longest I have waited on a code let on a simple comfermation email

go code last night went to put it in and put mac in as it was all 0s put mine in and linged it and also tried a iptv reset but all I get is call provider

On the mag recheck URL on the mag254 and reboot it

Also make sure the mac address is correct
