I have the mag254 and since it's free all I have to do is wait. Just hoping soon they start working on that... I think they are focusing in adding channels instead of a stable way. I say this with respect to everybody... but I know lot people think the same way.

Easy one..... I wouldn't have done the test drive if there was no interest. Fix the problems or at least acknowledge they are being looked into.

For the first time in weeks, Fox News CH205 is not freezing ! It was pretty much unusable, today it is running perfect !

Maybe the complaints on quality of service were heard after all.

"Complaints" ?? There shouldnt be any complaints!!! It's in test mode right now. And test mode actually means, in this case, that THEY are testing the stuff.. And they are kindly letting you use the service for free while THEY test! So can you please stop it now?

I am looking a bit stupid??? If it wasn't in production, and only on the company test track, then the PUBLIC would not be testing it now would they????? The product is in the public, pricing has been released, only the day to start paying has not been released (end of the test peroid) Fot the record, nobody in a official capacity has even hinted that the freezing will improved in the final product. Time will tell, so far the quality of service has been degrading over the last few week as channels are being added.

Whether these are remote or not I'm unaware, but this was just to point out that more channels have been added.

Enough sparky, everyone has heard you now so take a timeout. Most your posts have been the same as now and it's getting old. If you're upset so easily about getting, or not getting, the free service it may be time to consider other options. Testing and this hobby is not for everyone

well... some people complains about some stuff that make no sense, but some complains are valid, even when it is on testing mode. I work for a very known company, global company, and one thing that we take serious is the complains. We make a new product and give it away in form of samples and we want to hear the complains... is the best way to improve. However, there are complains, and there are real complains. Just my thoughts. Not trying to disrespect anyone here, not even the ones that think they are moderators because they are here on the forum 24/7. but specially not disrespecting the real people behind this hard work. It will be better over time, but a good "complain" (advice) should be always taken from the improvement point.

Okay it goes both ways. There is a forum for a reason. You are gonna have complaints, and some are gonna be valid, and some not. The ones that are getting sick or aggravated of complaints either need to calm down or don't come here as often?

That's what I'm trying to say. There are always going to be complaints. Is just that, if someone say... "I would like to see more stability soon" then some people take it as a bad comment or demanding something. We all know this is not an easy task what they are doing. And that's why I said, "I would like"... I never said "I want to". But again, some people take it personal. I love the way it is looking. The logo on channels, the big list of channels, even when there are a lot that I will not see, but is the same way as getting legal service... with dish 500 you have over 200 channels and only watch maybe 40-50 at most. Again, I like what I've seen so far and I hope we get there soon. Nothing wrong on comments like these, but some people think is a complaint.

There's a difference between a testing report, and complaining. Complainers will put a judgement not based on fact, but opinion in their posts, such as "It's too slow" or "there's not enough", or "why is it that I can't". A testing report will report a fact with the underlying conditions and what they did to try to correct or suggest a reasonable solution. The reality of internet streaming is that there may be buffering, that streams may not be available or down when you want it, and sometimes the receiver of the stream may actually have a great part of why the stream fails to work. If you come into this "test", you have to temper your expectations, especially since users aren't paying for it, and it actually costs the provider to make the test public!

In my opinion if you get something for free then you should not complaint about it just take it of leave it, but if you pay for something then I can see there is a space for a demand.

Probably because you may be using an Emulator or Stalker client with Kodi. They tend not to get the Adult channels, and maybe some more. Also at the time of my original post NFPS has moved the locals 97, 98, and 99 to 13, 14, 15 respectfully.
