I have tried to contact NFPS via their email but have not received a response in 3 days. Is this normal? Has anyone purchased more than 1 donation from them? If so how quick was their response and how good is their service.

Thanks asft for your input it is much appreciated. Yes I have checked my spam folder and nothing. I did send them a second email yesterday and so far nothing.

I am Having the Same problem, Paid, No response, Credit card charged. Checking on other forums a lot of people are having this problem lately.
