Rocket New portal url: 22.iptvrocket.tv

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
Two assigned donations with MAC address attached,I was given 22.iptvrocket.tv portal .
I get error once I enter donation ,number ,tried resetting IPTV, rebooting numerous times, I have written [email protected] three times they responded once with a how to assign a donation.
I wrote back as that is not the problem, I can reactivate donations on 11.iptvrocket.tv portal but new donations come with the 22 portal end up with a error message when donation number is entered.
Papiao needs to fix this problem ...3 days now and it's not working.
I'm using a mag 254.

Where in forums, which forum...? Spend two hours today looking for the right answer in all forums for this 'Error' message when loging in to new 22. ... portal, which is being assign now to all new donation, NO answer found?! Just bunch of people, like in my situation, begging for help from papiao with this issue...
Looks like no one on your end knows what is going on with this 'Error' message, and how to fix it or what?

Please just let us know what is going on..., please do not waste end users and your time with incomplete, pointless and double-sided answers, PLEASE...
 
So has anyone gotten a straight answer from papiao or any one else.. just activated a new donation got 22.iptv but keep getting error...

NO any helpful answer of solutions for... more than a week now! I activated three of new donations... like 7-8 days ago, all for mag250 units... Asked by pm to moderators here, sent requests to papiao twice, just general replies: 'you'll find answers in forum', that's it.

Still keep getting "ERROR" message on login/password page, no matter what I do. New 22... portal DOES NOT work. And I'm positive, it is NOT on my end, I did many activations before, same way as allways, and everything was O.K.

So, it is papiao end problem with this new 22... portal or else.

Please fix it already.

We are loosing active days on our donations and it's getting really annoying.
Thinking of getting my money back by reporting to credit card about 'merchant failed to supply a useful and working product' when purchased. Please do not force us to do that...

There is nothing we can do to fix an issue that is clearly on the server side. If you wish, you can quote that a moderator told you that.

Thank you 'dara'. At least you know what is going on and that it is a problem on papiao servers side... But 10 day as of tonite... it is really tooooo... long to wait for a fix, some of my close ones, I've helped with this TV service are really getting nervous and planning to choke me... ha, ha, ha...
