Rocket New donations wont connect

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

Just activate new donation for rockets ,but it just won get server connection......wit new url http:// p1.iptv rocket.tv/c/ ,have reset few times and only get service not available.....anyone else or only me?
 
I Have ,but still getting service not available,and went i tried check donation status ,its says imf is incorect,i a reseller and i been doing this for years.....there is no errors on the set ut donation numbers.....or url......hope someone help......i believed it have to be the new changes........something is wront there....
 
It sounds like your account status is inactive or expired. You should PM Crazed 2.0 with all of your information to see what happened with the donation. It sounds like something may have gone wrong.

yohector, I received your message, and returned message.
You have the server url incorrect in that message but it looks like that was just a typo.

Ensure that the server URL you are using does match what the website and that code shows for a URL
You may have to change it from p1 to p2.... but cross check that in every way.


Gomez_mil, follow Captains direction.
Ensure to send me any relevant info on what has occured.
The more info that is relevant, the better I may be able to help with this.

crazed 2.0 .thanks for your attencions.ok i have look at every detail on wedside url........its read p1.iptvrocket.tv.and user pass Are ecxatcly ass apears on donation number,i have go from p1 to p2......still getting .......a please check your internet connection and service url........i have also use p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/index/htm/........wont work......in resume internet is connectec wit 60mgs,url is as mencion before,user and password are good........it just wont connects. CRAZE 2.0,I have notice when tried to donation check,its says that imformation is incorrect,and its not i have recheck and recheck many times.......
 
yohector, if the website is saying info is incorrect then that may be where the issue lies.

Send me your email and the 16 digit Order number and the donation number as well and I can look into this
 
Gomez, when you changed the URL to 2.rocketserver.tv, did you also us the port 35922 ?

yohector, the server URL assigned to you is not the one you are attempting to use.

Hi I am a superuser but I am have an issue with a route not working. The Contact on IPTV66.com is not working either. Can you help me or guide me to someone who can thanks
I tried
1. IPTV Reset
2. Changing the MAC address
3. Generating a new Route #
4. removing the MAC and using M3U playlist
Nothing worked.
