Rocket needing some info on if I can even use IPTV with the internet provider that I have ?

Its possible, but maybe not a good idea to use an ISP related to DTV.

i deleted my post too thou (which was basically about speed tests and such), but deleted it after I remembered what it was with that provider. I knew it was something but could not quite remember, till dara mentioned it
