IPTV66 Need to relink MAC address after ISP change, reseller not responding

Hi, newbie here I was able to get all setup and started using firetv stick iks66.tv, was able to watch for 1 day.

I decided to switch ISP yesterday and now all I see is a blue screen that says contact your provider to register this device.

from other posts here it appears the MAC has to be relinked, however i purchased my subscription from a reseller and I cannot reset my own mac, also reseller is not responding...

Any ideas how else I can proceed to get my MAC relinked to get this back on track.

As far as i know, that is the only way by contacting your reseller to reset your MAC...

Your Client ID has been found and sent to you.

Use that and your Route Donation number to log into your route at website

You will see an IPTV Reset button once inside the Donation Checker. Click that. You shouldn't have to mess with your MAC per se.
