Hi there,

I have just purchased a month of this service and have no clue on how to start it up. I would like to watch it on PC. Previous IPTV service provided me with URL which I was able to import into VLC. I have no clue on this one.

I do not have a IPTV Box.
Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Depends what you're using to connect to the service. If you're using Kodi, the MAC address would begin with 00:1A:78. The last 3 pairs would be of your choosing from the alphanumerics A-F and 0-9. You would register that MAC address at the Donation Checker using the address you noted above. That MAC address then would be used to configure whatever Kodi add-on you choose to use.

I am not able to log-in. It keeps saying donation number is required... even though I have tried putting the order number, email.. What is the donation number?
 
For IKS66 it is a 13 digit number. Rocket and NFPS use a 12 digit number. I think it is listed as Username/Password in the receipt you received by e-mail after ordering.

Tried my username multiple time... yes it is the 13 digit number but upon clicking search route i get "
[FONT=&quot]The donation field is required[/FONT]
" even though it was added.
 
You put the order number in the top field and the route number in the lower field and you get that message? If so, you will probably have to wait for a Supermod to take a look. There should have been enough time between purchase and attempted login, but it is always a possibility that the account is not yet activated.

Yes it says it hasn't been activated yet.
