IPTV66 my order starts with 6821

Did you put your mac info with your order if you did just set up your boxes and i'm sure they will work. If you didn't just email them your order number and they will gladly help you

tx i appreciate the quick post , i did have a go at setting it all up after 4 days but was a nightmare ( i just found it all so confusing ) i am wanting to set up on ivue guide or maybe pvr simple client , whichever will give me a decent epg on kodi , i will have a look at this ninja clairvoyants thing , there is so many different options i am confused haha . oh , and i have no idea what the order number was. plus i thought i needed to input a donation code to set up the box ?

no offence big dady , i appreciate your trying to help , but the link you posted , every tutorial says input your donation number , i never received one. i tried the route thing whatever that is , inputted my mac number and the captcha it says allow us 24/48hrs if your CC has been charged and i cant see an email address for them :(
 
I am having the same issue as Louise reid, I purchase my subscription 2 days ago for both iks/iptv from the website, got charged right away...did the noob mistake not putting the mac address and I haven't seen any confirmation email....my code starts with 6821 not with 6820 had email them several times with not answer.....last year was subscribed to just Iks and got the codes within hrs of setting the order. i don't know what is going on?
 
3 Days after I set up my donation through the iks66 website and still haven't seen any confirmation with the info, did the noob mistake of not putting mac address when i set up order...it should be fix as it saids it's optional, been checking my email everyday since both spam and inbox and still zip nada, sent numerous emails no response, check the confirmation number on the site, starts with 6821, and it saids please allow 24 to 48hrs and to check if cc was charged, cc was charged and cleared payment within an hour of setting order....
 
I did the same thing. Very frustrating. If a MAC is required, don't make it optional! Waiting a week for your 1 month of service to start is unacceptable. After my month is done I will need to renew. Do I stay with 66 or try NFPS or other providers? I'm not exactly thrilled with the service so far. Even a response saying "we are overloaded and will get to you ASAP" would help. I have entered support tickets and have had no responses. Kind of feels like putting you question in a bottle and throwing it in the ocean.
