Bad service

I really would like to know why for most than a few weeks the services in all channels is so bad. Very often when watching a movie or program the service is interrupted and in many times it takes hours to restablish

Service is not bad. Can you provide what box, program, or setup are you using. Can you tells us some more about your connection setup. Can you tell us what have you done to troubleshoot so far. This all might help us to help you.:)

I'm finding a few that don't realize the channels they normally watch are now Hd.But your right service is not bad.I seen someone the other day say i don't know whats going on with the service. It turns out they had 1mbps.Not even really enough to watch sd. They were also complaining of freezing for the last few weeks.:)

I agree with you buddy:). and I think they should open threads once they done all kind of troubleshooting on their end and should provide complete setup information as well as devices/applications they are using. so it becomes easy for someone to help them rather than telling them did you do this and that....:)

Nhl

I've suddenly lost the NHL Network on channel 157 and it's now showing a Fox Sports station. Also haven't had any NHL games on channels 576 through 594 since last season. Am I going to get these back and be able to see any of the NHL playoffs
