STILL problems with the TSN channels

TSN 1 thru TSN 5 [145-149] after being down for a long time are now ALL freezing or streaming the wrong channel on portal 3.

I looks like Videoguard sharing is down around the world, some say thay are implementing ICAM some say beecrypt! Is there any info why Video guard cannot be shared! are coders working on a fix!!
