After 3 years one would hope this service would have get itself together. If you want my opinion, which this site probably doesn't, NFPS is getting worse. I cannot subscribe to it anymore. This post will be deleted as it seems any criticism of the service is verboten. But have to air it out, it sucks and I am going to call it what it is.

How about something as basic as an EPG that matches what is supposed to be playing on every channel.
No idea what is playing or the time (now 24hr clock) it is supposed to play.

Have to agree, it has been months now of poor service yet they still keep selling to new members! Due to a channel being on for a few minutes & then freezes it is classed as "up" whereas we class that as down.
