VOD / INFO merged threads for storage purposes

For all the VOD, beginners info, novice stuff.

Most of channels not working

I have a MyGica 1800 with kodi 17.3 and stalker, my problem
when I go to my guide I can't get past 4;30PM and when I hit a channel
and it goes to switch to channel some of them work and some of them
don't work, is this my problem or a problem with the server guide? if
it' me how can I fix it???

Unacceptable Service

The used to be a time over a year ago when the service worked as it was supposed to. Channels were properly listed and played properly. Those days are gone. The channels work properly maybe 1 or 2 days a week. The rest of the time they either keep looping 4 seconds, or they don't load at all. Also the mods are so quick to defend this sub par service and claim it's user error. I just felt like venting because this service I paid for isn't even usable most of the time. Obviously the American servers are overloaded but a decent company would fix it. Judging by the direct tv logo bouncing around the screen on channels occasionally, I'd say this is a couple people in their basements using consumer grade equipment. In addition, this forum seems to have no real connection with these individuals streaming, rather only a connection with the front end and account services.
 
If you need a reliable IPTV, stay away from NFPS/Rocket/IKS66 and Co. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for!! They have many channels, but always have many down or not watchable. You never know when and what can you watch.
Maintenance takes 1 week and you can watch blank screen during this period. Announcement says only 36 hrs. Apparently during every maintenance this is the case. Resellers are screwed during this period, because their customers will complain, rightfully. Mods promised give extra days for blackout, then cowardly backed up. LIARS
Support is really non-existent! They refer you to a forum, where a few impatient, arrogant, thin skinned amateurish fellow give half answers here and there, when they feel like. If you ask too many questions they ban you apparently or close your threads. If you point out flaws in their service or ask for any improvements,they label you a spy/mole from another provider. They are willing to argue with customers publicly to have the last word. Bit of paranoia and insecurity combined. It shows lack of manners, education and real understanding of what customer service and support is about.
Frankly speaking, you can only compliment about their service on their forums, otherwise you are labelled sarcastic trouble maker. If you have cable, satellite and ANOTHER RELIABLE IPTV provider, with REAL services and support, forget about these CLOWNS. They are unreliable, have extremely poor customer service attitude with low education.
