VOD / INFO merged threads for storage purposes

For all the VOD, beginners info, novice stuff.

when I try the URL http : // p1 . iptvrocket . tv / c /
the authentication work the channels list loads
but when I try to watch a channel nothing happen not event URL mismatch,the tv flciker but nothing.
im using Kodi 17.0 on Linux Ubuntu with PVR Stalker

Seemed the update was taking place and it took a few people down, question though Food Network has anyone had issues with this channel? Its like the only channel my wife wants to watch and goes down a lot it seems lol. MAG 254 setup

This keeps happening later in the day ( past 5:00pm EST). Issue is not experienced during morning hours of the day. Image distortion gets so bad you can't watch the channel at all. Please have the team look into this. Thanks in advance.

So i did alot of test
change mac address....FAIL
IPTV reset on papiao...FAIL
reset port on papiao...FAIL
disabling PIA VPN...WORK! :)
try to change PIA VPN SERVER...some work but they are not in USA or Canada...seem to be a ip block

now i have 2 questions
1. rocket is encrypted? ... its http usually its not but it could be on the backend
2. will it be fix ?
