VOD / INFO merged threads for storage purposes

Unfortunately I have to agree with Brian3613.

I made a video going through a number of channels showing the problems with freezing and non channels loading, especially the HD channels. But when I watch them via other free addons, no buffering so I'm pretty sure the problem is not at my end.

I am going to upload the video onto YouTube and not mention who the service is from as I'm not here to bash it. I just want the guys in the know to see what some of us seem to be experiencing and what the solution is which is all we ask for.

If there is no solution then fair enough
 
Folks at the backend can read, and if people post actual issues with channels, they'll be looked into. Making blanket statements like, "its gone from bad to worse” doesn't give anyone an indication of the issue.

Making a video will do little. Post the issue and the channel and others can test. A video applies to a single point in time and could be meaningless an hour after it was made.

Absolutely shocking. I think my comment was very very fair and clearly you had not read it.

I said I have made a video on my phone showing how the service is running and the problem with HD channels most of the time. I also said that I might upload it to YouTube so the mods on here can view it. I also said I would NOT mention who is supplying this service as I DID NOT WANT TO BASH IT.

Did you even read it before deleting the thread?

I just want you guys to see it. Where can I post it?

It actually really really annoyed me, the message you sent as you had not read it or understood it.

As I already wrote and maybe you didn't read...a video does nothing. It is a moment in time. One hour later things could have changed and the video is worthless. Post the problematic channels in this thread so others can test them. That is how it works.

And like I said before I can make several videos. One at 10am, 3pm and 9pm. Over 7 days. I would never just make one video as that makes no sense. Early today the service was awful but now it's much better.

I just did not appreciate Catz message as they had clearly not read what I posted. I would never want to bash the service, it's $80. It is what it is. I don't want the public to view it, just you guys. I could have made the video visible via invitation only but Catz decided to say something that I had not.

I only want to help.

Correct -- and that is ultimately why a video is not the way to go. It only applies to that moment in time.

Post the channel and the issue here and others can test it. If you indicate Channel X buffers every 5 seconds, we all know what you mean and we can test it.
 
I guess like most people, they only watch around 20 channels that they really like. Most other programmes probably on demand via other addons. I will post problem channels, I have before. Other people do also, sometimes a video is much easier.

ID channel has been poor for days but in the last hour great. Problem is because it's HD and using more bandwidth, I cannot watch the football on my other device as it starts buffering (ID CHANNEL)

Did you guys consider that side of things?
 
Like your signature says, "It's only $80 a year. Get a grip" so why all this fuss? I've been with IKS66 for almost two years now yeah sure it has it's ups and downs but for the most part it foking rocks plus now we have HD channels.. What more can you ask for? Sh*t it's 80 bucks a year. If a channel doesn't work just switch to a different one there is so much to choose from.
