Constant issue channels

I just spent today rebuilding my Kodi after the new update and I can no longer get it work with stalker pvr client that's installed in Kodi, I am using the IPTV Stalker Plus Lite add-on, but it seems to constantly have issues with these channels. I appreciate the help the forum offers but ultimately I don't think this is something on the user end I want to know is there a better way to get our message to the service provider because after a week of being on this service I am very disappointed. As far as I understand most of the moderators are helpers and not actual owners I may be mistaken. Any help to get this service where it needs to be would be much appreciated:

We lost quite alot of channels during the last 12 hours or so.
We gained a few back , but only a few.

Everyone must be watching these channels is the only explanation i can think of.
