My subscription just ended yesterday, and I had bought 10 rockets for me and some family members, and they don't want the service anymore, I personally agree with the fact that is very unreliable, the Channels I watch sometimes work sometimes they don't but I have to admit that it was worse some months ago. I will come back in a year and read if the service has improve but as of now, I won't renew.
Ok friend, calm down. We can understand your frustration, and to tell the truth, there have been some rough weeks, we know. In fact, if you read the announcements, there were often told that will be experiencing some issues related to the changes made on several channels. But assuming that it is a poor service overall just because you and 2 or 3 are having issues with it? No way.
I agree. The constant freezing/unfreezing of channels while you're trying to watch is really irritating. My subscription ends in a few weeks and, like you, I doubt I'll be renewing as well. EPG Ninja had its issues when it was up but I had it working like a well-oiled machine with relatively little issues.
I just turned on LiveTV only to find DIY Network broadcasting DRAMA Channel. And when it was up yesterday it was intermittent. HGTV along with some of the Movie Channels--Showtime, HBO, Cinemax, etc. hasn't been up in a while.

listen guys, this is help forum and not a post how bad the service is forum. Nor is a forum to make votes on the services, nor is it a forum that will be a part of any ytubers bashing the service live daily on ytube.
You want your thoughts known to the server administration, then email them directly about it.
Posting this here again and again just begins to look like it may be on purpose to give the service some bad rep. I know that may not be the case here but that is what it looks like to others. And this forum, as I said already has not been created to have members post how much they hate the service and etc.
As I said, email them directly with these type of comments and statements I see posted here.
And not every channel will be working all the time.
I do keep track record on how the channels are behaving. While yes, there are wanted channels that are currently down, and they been reported.

Usually after a couple days of freezing issues, everything is back to normal, and, there are new features or upgrades.

Okay guys, I apologize for coming off somewhat bitchy 
You have to understand my view thou. When I see posts explaining how they are so disappointed that they will not renew or even that they have gaven their remaining time to a friend just so they do not have to see it anymore. These tend to snowball too.
Now what that does is to a new member, is they then think ....WOW, this service is so chitty that this happens, in that case I will not even stick around .. And maybe the post he read was not even a fair post , just some guy pissed with his own ineptness. and so takes it to the limit in a post.
So now you can see what I mean, and with the times that it is definatly not a server issue and we still see these type of posts, well that is messed up.
I know channels are some-what messed up right now, but have gotten better in last 24 hours too.
To make a Post about freezing or channels down that are missed is fine and welcome. Might even benifit you if someone posts an idea to try in response to you.
But posting about the distaste or the I am going elsewhere, or the I have gone elsewhere, comments have no room here at iptvTalk.
And also I see many times when someone is mad cause they see exactly what they see and that is freezing channels. While I may not. I understand that and is reason why I will never say it on your end, but I will say my experience with the channels or channel. That way it is a comparison and maybe something to work from.
Maybe at the server end and on how their ports or servers are delegated , I do not know, , or maybe the ISP or etc etc, there are many etcs.... Notice I did not leave out the server"

Reports about the grass is greener on other side, are not fine or welcome.
