Canadian channels not working

from ch. 22 to ch 28 are not working, only ch.21 works, and can you please reinstate ch.CP24 and add it with Canadian channels you guys cut it off on ch 204 to put bloomsburg asia that nobody watches it,
liteiptv had a free a trial and all these channels came in
