Quite a bit we are seeing a Roku emblem dancing around as a screen saver instead of Channel 160 working...

When it came back, it was all frozen & heavy pixelization.

Most of US channels have not audio, video is great but audio as muted, Uk channels are ok

Guys feel lucky that any channels ever worked. I have 2 Mag 254 boxes with a year sub on both of them. I've never had anything premium channels work no Dish channels come in except Cspan & Bloomburg. Sure would like to see some of those VOD channels also but none ever load. I have the latest Image data r14. Don't see anything in the forms that will help me. Any advice would be greatly apreaciated.

No one on this side knows what they're doing with channels at the back end. All you can do is post and hope it will spark them to address the issues.
