VOD / INFO merged threads for storage purposes

For all the VOD, beginners info, novice stuff.

For weeks I can only see the music video channels and some international channels. VOD shows the movies but will not play them. They forget not everybody buys direct from them so resetting the connection at their server does not work for us, as you say they should get a better server or reset everybody's connection on their end so we can fix the problems.

Try going to the setting in the home page....then system info ............factory default the box ........and then input your information again......................reboot box and try VOD and Live-tv ............this is for the Avov boxes only

American Channels in their Latinamerica version are not working

Hi,
none of the american channels like natgeo or HBO or discovery etc are working, i didn't try the US versions but the Latin-Americans are not working.
this has been like this the last few days, its always like this?
)
I only have 3 o 4 days with my donation but if it will be always like this, (no offense) but i think i prefer a refund.
