EPG issues

Thanks for getting the guide back up and running. However, the guide for BBC1, channel 100, and BBC2, channel 101, seemed to be mixed up. The programmes that are being advertised in the EPG are mixed up....that for BBC1 is showing what is on BBC2, and vice versa.

Major freezing on most (all?) US channels today/tonite

I posted this at the other site, but thought perhaps I should post it here too, in case it makes a difference.

Nearly all US Live Channels are freezing badly today/this evening, and are unwatchable.
However, when I change to a non-US channel feed like channel 359 (SKY Premiere) for example, it's very solid with virtually no drop-outs, freezing or even a micro-freeze of any kind.

The EPG seems to be back and reasonably accurate for a large number of channels, so that's good....but it's negated by the fact that we now can't watch most of them. Grrrr!

Hopefully someone watching the gerbils will notice they've gone belly up/need feeding again, and we'll get back to being able to watch at least some of the premium US channels, on a Sunday nite.

MAG254, r14, 50Mbps Down, 10Mbps Up, Hard-Wired Portal 2 nfps

Update: Channel 359 is starting to freeze now too, but earlier and most of the day it wasn't. Channel 359 does seem to recover much better from its frozen state than the US channels do, but it's still a bit worrisome that the freezing has now begun on that channel/those non-US channel feeds too. So...I guess whatever is still causing the US channels to freeze/be unwatchable is now affecting some of the non-US feed channels too. Uggghhh...can't win for losin'.

Edit: Oops! I have a typo in the post title/name...sorry about that..was 'posed to be "freezing", not "freeszing"
