CNN channel issues

Hi,

for some reason CNN channel got a lot of problems with buffering. Does anyone else have same problem with this channel?

Yes, I have same issue. I get a green buffering screen on CNN and HBO East. Only on those two channels. Strange. Even tried with VPN.

Issue: The EPG/Guide is fading out/missing info all over the place again, just like it did 8 days ago back on 30 MAY 2026

Portal Restarts/Device Restarts via remote control/menu system, hard power off, wait several mins, then hard power back on, all comm. equipment rebooted too...none of it has any effect on getting the EPG/Guide working normally/properly again.

Uggghhhh...I hope psycon can take another look into why it's gone M.I.A. yet again.

Buffering Channels (mostly 720)

The following IKS66 channels are buffering so severely that they are unwatchable:

63 - ESPN US (720)
68 - TSN 1 (480)
69, 70, 71, 72 TSN 2-5 (480) - All down
73 - Fox Sports 1 US (480) - doesn't work at all
105 - Investigation Discovery (480)
111 - CBS Reality (480)
113 - CNN US (480)
118 - Fox News (720)
121 - CNBC US (720)
122 - MSNBC (720)
182 - HBO East (420)
204 - Encore East (720)
207 - Starz East (720)
214 - Starz East (720)
224 - True Movies 1 - doesn't work at all
247 - BT Sports 1 (480)
248 - BT Sports 2 (480)

I'm sure there's more but these are channels that I have noticed. These are some great channels (only channels I watch and none of them work) and I'm sure many of us would appreciate them being fixed. Instead of making these channels in 720 that the majority of us can't watch on account of buffering, why not set the resolution of these channels to 576?

These channels has the same problems here. They buffer a lot since they became HD more than two months ago.

Even when some went back to SD they still buffer.

I'm sorry, who are you DNO933? Are you a moderator, I don't even watch Game of Thrones. I'm having issues with HBO and CNN. Those are the only 2 streams I'm having issues with. So thought it may be a system wide issue others may be having. So if you want to assist that's great, other than that keep your comments to yourself, JEEZ.

Both CNN and HBO works fine for me. I am using a mag254.

Thank You ASFT. It's so weird, service and every channel works great. Green Screen on HBO & CNN just may have a glitch on my system. It seems when I reboot, channels come in, but once I exit the channel and go back in, get green screen again. It's just strange. Not a critical situation, I can live with it. Bothers me more not knowing what it is I guess.

[CH 810] RPC TV is down!!!

The other ones are up!!
