I thought maybe Game of Thrones traffic yesterday may have been causing the green screen and buffering, but seems to persist today as well. Have tried with and with out VPN and it continues. Only seems to be HBO east and CNN USA. Has this been a problem which has been reported, if not I can assume it's my system, Thank You.
