Missing over 450 Channels

I recently programed a firestick w kodi here in mx and shipped to a friend in USA I have same program on mine with 955 channels he only has 432
Anyone got any ideas why while it was here in had 955 in usa 432 same everything except his own codes, needles to say he is not to happy any help wou;d be appreciated
