EVEN with VPN. With or without it, it's with the same problem.
I just will never understand how this works. Hd channels freezes with or without VPN in most cases. i have been playing around with vpn addresses and have actually found 2 or 3 addresses and the hd streams will play and the vpn addresses was in Toronto and quebic Canada. any addresses in Us will not play them. I hope they dont get no more hd channels or it will be to mutch of a hassle to even try to watch it. all the other channels thats not hd plays ok if i am on any vpn. But if i am just on my ip adress of my ip provider no channel will play. My location is southern Ky United States.

Constant buffering on all the channels I want to watch in prime time Pacific zone. HGTV totally unwatchable every night even though it's only 720 x 480 resolution. When it's buffer free during morning hours, it runs at 0.85 - 0.95 Mb/S. Right now it buffers and the stream is only arriving at 0.31 - 0.85 Mb/S. It's nothing to do with Kodi settings, or ISP's or VPN's either. Up at Sports 2 (PAC 12) on Stalker the 1280 x 720 video is buffer-free running at 2.14 - 2.58 Mb/S. And on Bloomberg from a different addon the 960 x 540 video is also without glitches.

I'm very disappointed that the server upgrades seem to be finished and there is no improvement in performance. There's no sense having 1000 channels if the one's that people want to watch are not watchable. How about a rethink: 300 watchable channels?

Only one station today I had buffering issues with was ID (using STB emulator Pro). Try changing your DNS to Google or another one and see if it works for you. Also , an hour or so after watching a station it would freeze and then I would have to click on another station and come back to that station for it to stream again which wasn't happening yesterday. My speed is currently 50 MB so I guess we'll have to wait it out to see if they can find tune on their end.

I believe some of the buffering has to do with not farming there own channels .......Many channels are from sources The Servers we use really have no control of.......................

CNN and ID are streaming fine for me. The streams will freeze on any channel after 2 hours on any channel because of 'security concerns', which I find annoying. But I found an alternative months ago that doesn't do this and streams are 720 and 1080 with no freezing or buffering (and they are cheaper, too). It's really the Miami local channels that has kept me here but now those channels are smaller, so I doubt I will renew in July.
