VOD / INFO merged threads for storage purposes

For all the VOD, beginners info, novice stuff.

System is down since yesterday, but majority of those channels are down since january.
Yes and I have checked the other site and there is no indication if or when the channels will be brought back up again unfortunately. I know others have emailed papio direct and didn't get much of an answer either...With that said you can always look for a back up source to find some of the missing channels. I use a couple of different options to watch channels in case the ones I like to watch are down.. Of course I have Kodi so it's pretty easy to find things to watch 😉

IPTV Stalker Down 4/2/16 - 4/3/16

"I followed the troubleshooting steps dara suggested". I'm an IPTV Reseller and the service is down for all of my clients including myself. This is not cool at all. Is anyone else having authentication issues? I'm using the EPG Ninja PVR.
 
It has been down for over 6 months and has been down longer than it has been up since I subscribed to this service. I do hope they fix it, because I won't be renewing without this and a few other channels returning.
 
I didn't see that announcement or I would have not made a new thread. It's very frustrating when you have your clients left high and dry especially on a Sunday when everyone is home watching TV. I promote this service to everyone and now I'm getting a mouthful of calls and texts trying to explain it's not my fault and that they are having server issues. I hope everyone is compensated for the inconvenience.
 
well find another IPTV service with a support forum like we have here. You wont find one.
No one is left high and dry here.
All you gotta do is browse around just a little and you would see :)

You decided to get into the business and your now a business owner... With owning a business comes issues like this. If you didn't tell your customers what issues happen with iptv your phone will continue to ring off the hook! I hope you didn't tell your customers to up and cancel there cable subscription... If you did your going to regret it! Iptv goes up and down and if you didn't take the time to explain that then you have nobody to blame but yourself! A lot of reseller tell people that they can cancel there cable and this will save them all kinds of money but in reality that isn't the case... This should be used with a basic subscription package for times like this.... It will be up to you to compensate your customers 😉
It's been posted sense Friday that there are server issues, all you needed to do was a bit of research, which I hope you did before you got into the iptv business!!

I'm really happy with the service that is being provided and the forum is indeed great. However, I must admit that it did take me a little while to find the service announcement post. I see references to ...top of the home page / or just read through the forums a little ... well, I did read through the forums a little and yes, I did see the announcement but I also found a Sticky named IPTV Service Status with no current info and nothing other than users asking "...are we down" in the IPTV Private Server (NFPS) forum.

So when there is a general outage like this, would it be too much to ask for a banner or ticker on the real forum home page that lets us know if there is a service status change? How about about even an icon that is Red (severe service problems) / Yellow (some service issues) / Green (service normal)?

Any way, if I'm off base or seen as complaining about the service or forum, I'm sorry but the info on this was a little (very little) hard to come by and the one thing that I've noted on this forum is that there are a lot of people who run the gamut from not having a clue about what they are doing to those who are very experienced and helpful like yourself.

My two minutes are up.

I do not think there will be a banner thou.

I do see that people do not see these announcements like we would like.
It is evendent by how many post asking about it or wondering how to fix their channels.

The announcment thread is at the top of the board thou, and with all the posts about lost channels, people should know something is up and think to check the announcments, if any current.
