Authentication error

I keep getting an issue with an authentication issue and I've changed my Mac address 3 times on the donation site which clearly states that I have an active subscription any help is appreciated

Mag Tv half of channels not working

Hi All. I may have posted this in the wrong area as no one seemed to reply. but Over the past few days I have tried to use Mag Tv on my Mygica 585 but only half the channels work. The working ones are the higher channels but all the lower channels just will not load. I can get the listings but once I click on the channel it does nothing. Is there a problem? I am trying now but I would say all the English channels are down. All I get is the listings. To make it worst I was showing a few of my friends who wanted to subscribe & it did not look good.

i went to start my truck this morning but it would not start. It is damn cold out there. Worst thing was that I had a prospective buyer watching and the damn truck would not start !

Thanks for the reply. It was a shock only to find I had most channels across the world but No English channels. To make it worst I was telling some of my friends how good the system was & how happy I was to have it, only to show them I had less the half the channels working. Doh!

So i have managed to find sky sports through a FREE app HD. No sticking/freezing/buffering....
Im really failing to see why i pay for this service. Ok i can find a channel but im half a hour behind by the time its froze and buffered!!!! I need major persuading for me and my family to renew. Service is no were near good enough!!

*171 - Nick Jr (down)
*174 - Disney XD ( laggy & out of sync)
*175 - Boomerang USA (down)
*170 - Nickelodeon East (out of sync &jumpy)

And has the wwe network been removed?
