Completely agree.
I was happy enough with the service for the most part and had friends/family ask about it and I now regret recommending this to them because the very first day they all tuned in all of these channels were offline.
A small update is the least that could be done to allay fears among the subscribers and I can't understand why there is none.
I don't understand the position of the mods here as I assumed they had an inside track when it came to dealing with the people in charge - I'm not meaning that to be disrespectful, but you would imagine there would be a representative on the forum here from the people in the know that could give us some feedback.
Instead, it looks like we only get info on how we can set things up and how we can pay... but no info on what is actually going on behind the scenes.
That doesn't really sit well with me, and as the OP has said, leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth.
