Latest Channel Issues
There appears to be a larger number of Channel issues being reported recently, than used to be. Indeed, a significant number of popular channels, for UK viewers, have been down for several days. Unfortunately, the providers of the affected services choose to reman anonymous and fail to provide a meaningful and effective way to communicate with them. This not only leaves a bad taste in the mouth but, in my opinion, shows a degree of contempt for those who provide their income.
If you are in the business of takIng money to provide an IPTV service, then sure it's not expecting too much to actually receive that service! Calling payments 'donations' or 'routes' or whatever, should not detract from the simple fact that money has changed hands in expectation of receiving a particular service as advertised. Failure to provide what has been paid for is either incompetence, negligence or wilful behaviour. Whichever label fits, the end result is that the customer feels ripped off and, if they are really concerned, end up using a more reliable service - of which there are many.
