really this is un acceptable! Id like a answer to what going on instead of we are working onit. Yous are making alot of money! And seem to not be reinvesting it into the service.

The answer is "they are working on it". We, here aren't making any money, we have zero to do with the iptv service besides support. Your frustration is totally understandable and all we can do is wait for better times. They are coming.

Which iis why I wish all of these kodi users listen to whats said here instead of believing some youtuber who has thousands of dollars invested Id rather listen to someone that's interested in helping the community rather than line there wallet

95 - Irish TV is down over a week
96 - Pick TV is down over a week
115 - Good Food is down over a week
128 - WE TV is down well over a month
153 - WWE Network is down
162 - Bein Sports USA honestly the resolution of this channel needs to be bumped up it's like watching tv on a real old doggy cable box.
169 - Nick Junior is down well over two weeks
173 - Disney Channel West is down
175 - Boomerang USA is down well over a month
185 - Hallmark Channel US is showing incorrect channel. It's showing Oprah Winfrey Network as per channel 189
189 - Oprah Winfrey Network is showing incorrect channel. It's showing Hallmark Channel US as per channel 185
201 - CNN International is down well over a month
218 - Euronews is down well over a month
221 - i24 News is down
247 - Universal Channel is missing one third of the screen (You can clearly see Universial HD logo cut off bottom right hand side)
356 - Starz Kids and Family East is down well over a month
361 - Sky Modern Greats is down over a week
388 - PixL is showing incorrect channel. It's actually showing Fox Business as per channel 206
301 - Golf channel (new encoding 1080p Pixelated, Grey screen, unwatchanle)
354 - Starz Comedy East is down
424 - Sportnet LA is down
1143 - Willow is down well over a week

I take it you have the latest Amazon tv 2nd version. There is a incompatibility issue with the acceleration. Go under settings then video make sure you have expert selected at the top then under acceleration make sure to turn off any hardware acceleration.
That will fix your freezing issue.

This problem only exist for the 2nd version of the Amazon tv the 1st version hardware acceleration works fine.
