From my estimation, it is not a smart thing to do. In most cases, it is probably not throttling, but problems at the server end...usually denied at this site. The complaints have been non-stop for the last few weeks. Why point out to your IP that you're trying to get a "questionable" working properly? If they examine your account, they'll know exactly what you're trying to do.I will call BELL to find out if they are throttling my side.
@sat-junkie This is still a work in progressYes, but the service has moved backwards. A few months ago, it worked fairly well. Now, one never knows what will be working. If a channel is down, it quite likely will be down for weeks. That is not progress.
