I really hope this service is going to improve as I was very satisfied for good few months but for a while now it appears to get worse and worse.

What service ? You are complaining but you never did say which service yo are talking about. You posted in the Channel Issues area but not in any specific server's area.
How are we to know which service (Rocket, NFPS or IKS66) you are talking about ?

Hallmark Channel & ION

Channels are reversed: Hallmark showing ION stream and vice versa; both channels are intermittent freezes and heavily pixelated. Don't know the channel numbers as I don't use them.

Just an FYI, it does not matter which of the 3 your on. They will all have the same issue as they all use the same back-end servers.

There might be still issues with the system im sure they are aware of it and are working really hard to fix it till then there is other programming to watch enjoy!
