Thank for Channel 122 And 199, I want to inform That Chiller Channels 199 is not function we can see the channel but what we see is a Cristian Spanish channels from Puerto Rico. Please fix that because chiller channel is one of my favorite also that SyFy.

Same here, donation given for the year and when everything was setup I saw that my favorite channel Destination America was down. In the beginning it would give me a checklog error. Now it does what you just explained the wheel turns for about 10 or so seconds and then nothing. I'm sure there are a lot more channels than this one down. Also the movies/VOD, PPV what is going on?? I heard from someone that they are doing channel maintenance. But how long does that take. I just set up my service about a week ago. But have read from others that these options and channels have been down for about 5 weeks. Wow!! In the mean time our yearly donations are ticking away. Please fix , please!!
Most of the latest channels added (122 included) are coded with AAC Audio. That may be causing the issue.
Then it's something on your end unfortunately... If that was the case you would see a lot of posts with the same issue..,
I'm not trying to be a pain but channel 105-139 hasn't been working for over a week 835 -827 go out or freeze 80% of the time and other people I told them to get the service call me almost everyday to ask me what is going on with the service I would be posting everyday but I just tell them to wait give it time. Don't get me wrong I love the service but the past two months we maybe had 3 good weeks total and is winter time and people want to be home watching TV

they should stop selling the service (new ) until they get it rectified as they are selling a product that doesn't work now
I totally disagree. I know a lot of people that is very thankful for all the channels this service offers at an awesome price. I've been witness of all the changes this guys had made week by week. Just give them time and if you have problems at weekends, then look for plan B
Agreed! To the people complaining do some reading if you are constantly down then it's on your end... The service for what it cost is fine! If you plan on this being your only TV source than you will be upset... You should always have a backup when this isn't working for you....

Plenty of Channels Down (Dec. 5th 2015)
The following channels are currently down with plenty more freezing to the point of being unwatchable. I haven't gone through to check all of the channels. These are just the ones I have personally noticed.

Which server ? You do not say and your not posting in a server area so how are we supposed to know which one you are talking about ?
8103 says its Fox New York on the guide, but it isn't.
Epg reports that 8105 is Fox New York, but the actual channel playing is My9, not Fox 5.
Also, the stream from my9 is in very very rough shape. Extreme pixilation and image redraw issues.
I know I've personally asked a few times before, but I would really appreciate a working Fox 5 NY stream.
