He couldn't wrap his head around that it might be something on his end so he just complained and bashed the service..
very bad customer services, no help whatsoever, sent email no reply, freezing, awful. never again. sooner my subscription expire never again and if people ask me to suggest this service I TOLD THEM MOVE AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. DEXTER IS much much better.
More than likely it's on your end... There are 1,000s of customers how many do you see complaining? Do some homework and you might actually figure out your problem!

DIY Network USA Channel 111 black screen
NBC Sports Network (NBCSN) Channel 159 stream has changed. It's now encoded with MPEG 2 Audio, frame rate is all wrong, jerky picture, piexels are breaking up please fix
Yes Network Channel 421 still down for weeks
Fox Sports channel 424 Southwest is still down over a week
NHL Centre Ice 1 Channel 439 is frozen
Willow Channel 143 is buffering like crazy
NBC New York Channel 8102 has audio but the picture is like ghost green where you see the people moving.
Also noticed a few American sport channels such as Fox Sports 1 and American Entrainment channels such as BBC America have been encoded incorrectly. Format should be SD MP3 not SD MPEG 2 Audio. Any channels that is flagged on SD MPEG 2 AUDIO is totally unwatchable.

These are the sport channels that are unwatchable due to extensive freezing sporadic sound omission 140 espn us, 141 espn nu, 142 espn news, 144 espn2 us, 150 fox sports 1 us, 159 nbcsn. All sports are freezing just some worse than others. Just did a speed test I am at 92.43 mpbs.
