wow they are working hard to get this freezing thing fixed at least give them some time its not ez to do

I believe that most everyone knows there is hard work going on behind the scenes. As many before me have said COMMUNICATION. there is NONE!!!!!!!!! Time! One month, year, century what? I don't think it's too much to ask for the principle owners, decision makers, to speak out. IMO.

Thanks Captainkangaroo. I believe I read this one when it was posted. Would it be possible to create a line of communication with all clients via email updating on service status, problem channels, improvements and future plans? That would excellent. Even if it is once every two weeks
