IPTV66 Mag254 Setup Problems

I got an email with my order# and user/pass #... I have a mag254 which want to set to watch US/Mx channels and VOD but :
-I dont know which portal have to use
-I dont know the route
-Are there some specific tutorial to help me to setup the mag254 ?

I using Mag since long time ago but just now want to re activate it and Im 100% missing. I will appreciate any help.
