Rocket MAG and AVOV - Password/Username Authentication - Tutorial

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
I was having the same authentication errors on my android box with stbemu. I went into my settings for the emulator and made sure the device id was being sent. this corrected the issue after a reboot.

When you boot to the Log In screen......IGNORE IT....use a mouse, go to the right hand corner and click until you see a Settings list pop up. Click on Settings and go to name, give the default name a new name, any will do. Then go down and click on portals and type in the http:// address.com that you were given in your email.
After you have configured that, check the mac address to make sure it is the right mac you have set at your iptv provider.
Exit all the way out to your main screen where you see the STB Emulator Icon. Click on it and it will take you to the Log In screen again. Now you put the 12 numbers for user and password and scroll down, click OK. The screen will go black ......do nothing.....wait and you should see things start to go your way.
 
Hi just signed up using a reseller account and from the email I received I did not see anything about a username or password which would be my donation number as was the case when I purchased a regular account. what would be the donation number used for the clients as a reseller? The MAG254 keeps asking for user name and password. I have done the reset of the MAC address, then reset the box and it still brings up this error
 
I myself bought a reseller account. And I am trying to setup one box. Nowhere in the Email did I see reference to a donation number. However when I purchase a one month subscription I had that which works fine btw. I'm just trying to setup an another box from the reseller account.
 
with the seller panel, they would have or should have sent a seperate password. Not the same as the donation number password.
It will also say to change your password first chance you get. If you do not see either of those two things in the email then something is in-correct.

Once you get that password you would use it to log into your reseller panel and then you assign the codes (the donation numbers).
 
I am pretty confused at where you are at with things.

The donation number is the 13 digit Route number (for iptv66)
You also mentioned that you checked and reset the MAC address. How can you do that without a Route number ?

Sorry bud but I am having a hard time understanding the issue here.
Can you log into your reseller panel ?
