Rocket MAG and AVOV - Password/Username Authentication - Tutorial

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

Sorry to butt in but it looks like other people are having the same problem. I contacted papiao they got back to me but still am having problems. I checked and made sure that I had a mac address and here is what I do to try and hook up. In my login box I put the 12 digit donation # in both boxes and hit ok, getting an error message each time. I then go unplug and plug back in and everytime it takes me back to the login screen, so is there something I am missing........thanks..........two-dogs

I lost my password for my avov just move the password field is empty, I do have the MAC address on the unit but no password did reboot but no luck what would be the procedure to get my password back, no luck to connect with tapia web st thank in advance for any help..stevan

I have been asked over and over to enter my authentication password and username. I have entered my donation number as both every time, and I always get an error.
As far as I know, everything is correct in the box. (It is a mag254)
Is there a delay from when you purchase your donation to when it becomes active, beyond when you get the email? (I got my email almost instantly)
This is annoying, I really want my box up and running.
Is there a setting that would cause this repeated asking and error of the "authentication"?

This problem has been around for at least 10 days now and no one has a concrete answer if it will be fix or if it is being looked at. We are all waiting for news, hopefully soon we get an update!!!

Im new at this and Im confused about the authentication, Forgive my ignorance.
Exactly what should I enter in Login and what is entered for password?
after I made payment I received an email with this info. On the bottom it has USERNAME and PASSWORD...Is it the same number for both Username and password?
