Norton: in main screen go to settings, scroll down to inner portal,ok> go to settings,ok>scroll to interface,ok>you will now see HDMI event reaction, disable this and ok to save..

Sorry for the lack of knowledge, I was having issues with my lap top. Out of sight out of mind, takes a bit since this is new. But in reality this is really easy but without the knowledge it seems not to easy.

Setting this up was one thing but to know everything is a different story.

FTA or iks is simple this is maybe too simple but without knowing is a task.

I think there is a lot of settings that most people have know clue. I hope they fix the sound issue.
