IPTV66 mac says its not being used

ok so last night i went to watch tv and it sayed auth failed so i said screw it but got samething this morning. i went to check my status on iks66 web site and it says Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Route expired a long time ago. i ordered from a reseller back in november for a year.
so i checked my mac addy and it says its ready to be used which tells me there is something wrong with my donation but the reseller refuses to answer.
 
People get ripped off because the security rules have changed. Which wasn't required in the past and resellers had no reason to include it with the purchased donation. The security measure's have caused all the problems with the service itself , and the customers getting screwed with the added security.

How does a mac addy tell you it is ready?
I am not sure that I would trust the code checker, I had a bunch of codes that all said "Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Route expired a long time ago" so I assumed they had been erased by the server operators and were gone for good, but a week or so later they all reappeared after I had replaced them.
After they reappeared the macs were no longer linked to the new codes because they were still linked to the old codes so I had to link all the macs again.
I have also had an nfps code that was purchased directly from their site that expired 3 months early.
They refused to make up the difference and I just ate it and bought another code

This is whats going on with me but the reseller aint responding i know yalls dont support resellers but as i said previously its deeper than the reseller its something on the server

Yeah mine says that also. But cant reset the mac due to the changes. Worked great for the first time in awhile now these issues. If you purchase a new code your mac is already blocked from the old code till its expiry. I know the changes were necessary for the stability of the server but blocking out all resellers is cruel. Will send an email and see if l get a response.
 
ok good to know im not only one with this problem but i cant get no answers and like i said its not a reseller issue its a server issue and i have to deal with it cause reseller aint answering so what can i do
 
its obvious im not only one with this issue and the other ones posted it here bought direct so its obvious its not a reseller issue here but a server issue but the reseller i bought from last year (and so everyone knows i didnt know at the time i could by direct) wont answer me which leaves me dealing with this
 
according to greg the reseller can cancel my sub which i know aint right yes to that yes they can anytime they want thats why i said then why buy from re seller we tell all not too being ignorant is not my fault i tell many dont and guess what happen im sorry you found out later but it not our fault and if it a server issue they will fix it

some ppl do buy from reseller cause they dont know they can buy direct i have since bought direct and that one is still up and running but it wasnt from iks66 it was from another cant mention here cause i will get in trouble and sorry i called you ignorant but it was kinda ignorant in my opinion and no i wont buy from a reseller no more but from other posts and comments i am seeing others are having the same issue i am and a few did mention they bought direct i did do my research on the forum here before i made the first post that is what leads me to it being a server issue and no i didnt know resellers could cancel a sub wow that really aint right at all (i know nothing yalls can do about it) well you could make it so they cant do that but hey what do i know i bought mine in november its dead if i have to buy another i will just pisses me off cause thats money lost a night like tonight which i have off i depend on my sub working yes i have other stuff i can click into and watch but thats my back up eitherway its all good just a little upset
