My MAC Address has changed by itself past two days. Just renewed 3 days ago. Anyone know why or where I can ask.

is this with a dedicated IPTV receiver (like a Mag) or is this with a Stalker app ?
send picture of the MAC and confirmation of your account to server administration, they should look into it.
use the Contact Us option at the bottom of their webpage

You do not have to send a pic of the MAC because you are using the Stalker app and the MACs are generated anyway when using the app, so no need for the pic... Just send them your transaction info and your email and order number and donation number and the MAC you need to keep linked and any other explanation needed.
