Do you donate to cancer and ask for a refund when people don't get better quick enough? No you don't. A donation is a donation. Never a refund, simple.
lol guys who replied unprofessionally are either dumb or dont know what they are talking..i know how to get money back from this kind of stuff...
refunds are given, but only in special cases, like bought an extra by mistake or such things.
Lagging or channels wanted is not special cases.
Rocket service works fine here and without the lagging or buffering some of you folks seem to experience.
So that reason for a refund is absolutely out of the question.
As far as missing or lost channels, well sorry about that. But that is how IPTV service works.
We even have a sTicky thread updated daily to show that. It should not be a surprise
gonna have to close this thread before someone gets banned !
