Hello,

For more than a week I am trying to have a resolution from Support and I do not get any answers.
Last week, I tried to assign new routes to new customers.
I tried twice 12 credits and once 1 credit and I was always getting an PHP error page.
By checking my Balance, I saw that I lost my 25 credits but no new routes were assigned to my panel.
I contacted [email protected] and a moderator here, they told me there was an issue for others, that they were investigating and will update shortly.
Now there's more than a week and I didn't got any answers.
I tried to add 1 credit to a new route and it worked but I am still missing the 25 credits that I paid for already.
I sent a couple of emails to Support and no answers.
At this point, is there anyone here that could help me or give me some orientation to get the right person who could verify and resolve the issue ?

I had again sent request to administrator when I received your last message yesterday.
i thought I had sent you another message telling you that, but I must have gotten sidetracked.
I did however send an email again about this.
