NFPS / Private Kodi main menu

Hi I'm trying to get my channels back on my T8 pro smart box, instructions I got says go to Kodi main menu system/settings/ tv/ general/ disable and clear data and then enable. When I go there I disable then right below it says Reset above settings to default can anybody tell me if that clears the data ? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The very top of the tv settings is where you will disable it by un clicking the circle next to enable. Once that is unchecked go to clear data. click that and it will ask do you want to clear the data. click yes. after that is done then re enable by clicking the circle by enable at the top of the screen. You should then see your channels reload.

Hi Tim, when I go to TV settings and disable there is nothing that says clear data I am really dumb founded

no just hit clear data and turn back on ok at the left bottom setting level set it to advanced that may help you
