Mag 254, anyone else losing service from time to time especially later in the day?

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I joined to help remedy my issue of no longer getting the menu to select my country, and to utilize tv rewind feature. What is Mag 254? And I hope you're issue with losing service is resolved sooner than later, or at least has been resolved
