Rocket Keep getting access denied. new donation using iptv stalker plus

I keep getting access denied. I have triple checked all my information and they all properly match what the https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket says.

first time user.

I created a new mac which papiao accepted it.

on the stalker plus 10.2.4

rocket 22 , ok
login & password = donation number , ok
MAC last 3 pairs as shown in papiao, ok
send info marked
custom info marked
serial number, did 13 random
device id, did 13 random
device id2, did 4 random
signature did 4 random.

I just get access denied.

well. I was not able to watch anything since it was all freezing all looking bad. Thought maybe it was because I was using an MXQ box with openelec.

today i decided to try my laptop and had absolutely no luck after more than an hour. changing mac , doing reset, trying different addons to connect... always get denied or authorization failed.

guess I tried too hard and exceeded my logins at papiao.is and it says I have to wait 24 hours.

Any advice on how I can do a fresh start?

How to clear my papiao.is and what would be the most recommended addon or form to connect using kodi ?

Since it's my first attempt at this I am keeping it all on my same thread.

if you need my help today with re-setting that MAC , just send me a private message anytime today and I will get er done for you.
That is all I can do for yea , but at least you can keep going with your troubleshooting today :)

I will be here, send PM anytime when you need a reset or change and I will get er done asap.

the MAC you sent me and the same MAC that is linked to that donation number, does not carry the correct Prefix for the Stalker application.

Stalker or Emulator applications MAC prefix = 00:1A:78
Mag, AVov and Dreamlink T1 receivers MAC prefix = 00:1A:79

So, with the MAC you linked, just change the 79 to 78 and reset it.
Before you do that, completely power off your connection.
Let me know when you have your stuff disconnected and I will adjust that MAC

Unless something dictates that the prefix is now with the 79 and not the 78 ?

Okay, taking for granted that your device was disconnected, I changed the MAC with the 00:1A:78 prefix and left the other numbers the same as you had them.
Performed a reset and it was good.

Try your device now.

Thank you for your time. Not sure why I changed it to 79 versus 78. Must have read the wrong thing somewhere else before I decided to reset the mac and try again on the computer.

I have closed my KODI so I should be disconnected. Since I am blocked for 24 hours, if you can change my mac with a 78 that would be great.

whew.. I have been pulling my hair past 24 hours with no luck & this is my fist time. At least there is some light at the end of the tunnel because it is not 100% me.

so what we do in this situation? where do these type of updates notices can be found?

This is the most crapy service of anything have had had to deal with.

It shows i am connected, yellow bar with blue dot is lit up, but no channels, and it is listing 5 favorites i never picked :( and none of my Favorites are showing up :(

I am about to give up on IPTV Service, Sell my boxes and let someone else enjoy themselves emailing Papio, reseting their IPTV, Rebooting Box, Factory Reseting their box etc. This is just ridiculous :(
