i get a bit cranky (and unappreciated on behalf of myself and all staff and those members here constantly trying to help get people up and working).... so yea I get a bit cranky when I hear the statements about zero customer support !

Whats your problem with him pod? He like others are stateing the low qaulity service. And he has a right to moan like anyone when they have put money into.this and its not working. Dont see why people are givinf him a hard time.

As has been stated from the beginning you should have a backup option for TV! This service is not on the up and up for what it costs a year... You made a donation to a site where a 1 time donation for a year is cheaper than 1 month of cable, think about it for a minute! Also to all that thought this was some get rich sceam or great business to get in without doing a bit of research you have nobody to blame but yourself! If you want trouble free tv then this isn't for you and you should go back to cable, for the cost of this it's well worth it!
 
I understand completely.
I also understand why people and myself wanna respond to certain statements.

This is tough on us all. There is no doubt about that.
 
Waldo, I am sorry to see this .. I truely am. You brought it on when you stated certain things thou.
I have tried helping ypou in the past. Some issues you had thou can not be troubleshooted or fixed from across the web thou. I would need to be sitting in your chair to even start thinking about what may the issue with that buffering you had.

I know my words mean little at this point with hoiw the servers are acting, but ....

I just want to chime in folks. Just recently I dropped almost a grand to a very popular IPTV provider with the name that you would think they are the original guys. They promised 24/7 support and yes they took my calls until I finally got my box and immediately noticed that the channel lineup was not up to par with my customer based. I told them I couldn't become a reseller with the current channel lineup. Their service is reliable and has been up all along. The quality of the channels are very good and many HD channels, but who the heck wants to see tons of Arabic channels and channels from other countries that I cannot sell. They stopped taking my calls and ignore all my calls and/emails. I even called from another number and the called was immediately picked up and was told I'll get a callback and hung up on me.

Now. This was highway robbery. I got the boxes and the credits. They charged my to activate a reseller panel. Yes .. I was then told it was customer service and 24/7 support. At the moment I am out the activation fees and most likely the credits. I will try to sell and then switch once the credits have expired. The funny thing is that I know where to find them and their families. That was actually really easy. Just waiting to see if they do the right thing even though I left some very frustrated bad voice messages. Anyway, I am the customer and they did me wrong

The moral of the story is that I am willing to just hang in there with NFPS/ROCKET/66IPTV, because I am getting more support on this forum and those guys who basically robbed me. Anyway.... I hope service is up and running soon and we can get some consistent stability in service.

I'm cool for the moment and will hold off selling service until this is all worked out.

I think all the kodi users go and check out EXODUS and let this nice modes and super modes
help those that are less fortunate that have no KODI there is not much they can do to get the system working

My only 2 cents in this is:

This site has 33,000 members. Let's say each one of them has a paid subscription. That makes $3,300,000 a year or $2,500,000 if you want to give the benefit of the doubt on how much they have paid for their donation.

With all that money, why they have not invested on a good and reliable system that can be able to handle the number of users?

I have been in this business since 2003 when the true FTA was the game and I do recognize a lot of the names on this forum. I have been an Admin on other forums under the nickname of MasterPR and agree that We all have the right to express ourselves as long as we do it with respect.

The servers have to be in a country that looks the other way or does not care about copyright laws. So with that said they aren't exactly getting top notch servers or ISP providers.
