IPTV66 Just tried to change MAC now asks for Username and Password? IPTV66

IPTV66 Help here!
I'm trying to change to a new MAC to set up the Stalker Client NFPS - I obtained my route and order number from my vendor but am taken to the same login screen mentioned above. I assumed this would be a login that my vendor had, but it sounds like this is something new. Do I have to ask him to change the MAC for me?
 
Thanks for the reply. My guide died on the 26th (worked fine for two weeks before that) before all the changes took place on Feb 1, so I'm thinking I have other issues? I will just watch the forums for now and try again once the dust settles.
 
Doesn't work for me. The website just hangs when I try to link a mac or go through the link in the email. For some reason it won't load. Anyone else getting this?

yes, others are seeing the same thing too.
Our server administrations are hard at it trying to get everything in order.
It been a rough few days but it will be fixed asap

I am able to log in now to change my mac and it says it is changed, but if I go back in to check it, the mac does not actually appear to be changed. Also I ordered 2 separate route numbers and when I log in to change the macs, they both have the same one....perhaps because they are on the same order number?

Yup - same here, was able to change the MAC and got a confirmation that it was changed but when i went back in, the MAC had note changed, hence was unable to successfully log into STM Emu.

Seems like we are almost there. I wish there would have been more testing done before this huge change.

you can change the MACs at the website to match the receivers and the codes.
It might not let you right now thou, but it will.
The server has nothing to do with setting the MACs , unless you submit a MAC when purchasing. But even then, you can still change that.
Do not try too many times in one day thou, because I have heard there is a cap on IPTV resets and the MAC changes per day. That is something new and is just another thing along with many things that the server admins are working on to get implemented correctly.


So, when things smoothen out, then you should be able to adjust them MACs with no issues.

i keep saying fixed when I refer to server maintenance stuff. But in reality it was not broken. They are testing right now. Their server websites are messed up with the changes and that is being fixed or should I say adjusted :)
The receivers are having issues connecting with these new additions and that is being looked at and adjusted for a couple days now.
They can not do all that unless they go online with the changes.
So yea, they are testing the system in manner to speak

Got it, makes sense, I thought they would have a way to test before rolling out but I get given the nature of the service, its understandable.

Any updates? I hope we get an extension on our donation days, at least to make up the days we weren't able to use the service. It has been 2 days already since the system went down and one of my donations is only for a month!
 
Just an update for those adjusting this to help in the process. When trying to change the mac, I can also put in any route number I want with the order number, even a made up route number. Saving a new Mac still doesn't save. If you go back in to change mac it is still the original.
 
I noticed if you have multiple route/donation numbers on the same order number, you need to put the order number in the serial number box, the route number in the device 1 and device 2 and signature boxes in iptv stalker in order to get iptv stalker to work. I'm not sure how to get it to wok with stalker client though. Does anyone know?
 
I just got mine back up ... Ok uplug the power to the box and remove internet connetion, leave internet connection unplugged and power back on box Go to Servers Portals .... Select Portal 1URL change the 11 to 3 click ok .. Save .... Then unplug box plug wifi connection back in plug box back in and enter ur number into login and password
