Soon, I will be taking email address to file a class action suit against this company. I am looking into right now. The only draw back is, it may draw attention to this whole underground world. With that being said, I am not going to stand by here with hundreds or maybe thousands of others that have been ripped out of 105 bucks and not have any resolution. Stand by

Rocky....I'm sorry, but , one, it's not a useless threat...and two, why should I wait?? I paid my money for their SERVICE!!!, that's what it is, a service that they provide. I understand that there can be problems, but to not respond to the customers or provide any support...that's not right. Now, if you message me, I can prove that it's not a useless threat....but why I would need to prove to you is beyond me??

What is odd to me, is that many people are having problems with the service, but different ones:

I try to change the mac and I need to put the order and route numbers, I have those, but when I confirm, I receive a red error message like that: "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."

Other people need to put password and username...other the screen stays black, I mean,...

Has anyone having the same issue that I am now?

If you peruse the subforums here, you will find a panoply of threads dedicated to the support of the user base. Moreover, if you understand what a class action suit is vis-a-vis jurisdiction and standing, you will realize your notion is groundless.

I have a new problem now. I tried to update a MAC Address for one of my clients by changing one digit on it, then saving it. Now when I try to go back to fix the Mac to the correct number, the system does not allow me to and I get a message of "Access denied for user updater"

Why? I just edited the Mac Address and 20 seconds later I can't!!

This is weird. Will try to correct the MAC to the correct one later hoping that it will allow me.
